ZUMBA Fitness

Let's face it, working out can be healthy, rewarding, beneficial...working out can be lots of things, but it's never been know to be much fun UNTIL NOW! Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the participants to dance away their worries. Intermittent training allows you to burn 500-700 calories or more! It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO"in order for Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba fitness program to achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is not only great for the body, but is also great for the mind. It is a "feel-happy" workout….be prepared to sweat!

 

ZUMBA Fitness + Sculpt

Get your heart pumping for 45 minutes of Zumba Fitness followed by 15 minutes of toning exercises.. We will move through a circuit of exercises using your own body weight, light hand weights, and/or resistance bands to achieve an ultimate full body workout. This class incorporates the great Zumba music and rhythms with that extra boost in building muscle.

ZUMBA Fitness + Abs

This class combines 45 minutes of a Zumba Class followed by 15 minutes of abdominal exercises. The perfect way to improve your cardiovascular endurance and strenghten the entire core all in one class.

Zumba + booty

Throw away your padded panties, and stop saving up for implants -- this is the class for the lower-body challenged. Focusing on getting you shapely legs and a curvy behind, we'll have you wanting to wear your shorty shorts even in the dead of winter!

PURE PUMP

Just like the name says--NO cardio here! Boasting a distinct program targeted to specific muscle groups, this intense weight lifting and core work class will give you the definition and toning you're looking for. Muscle groups are rotated weekly to ensure full-body benefit. We're here to pump you UP!
